Braille

Park Brochure

• You can download the braille ready file to print at home or borrow a copy of the braille brochure from the information desk.
• If downloading at home, the file requires a braille specific printer.

Exhibits

• The outdoor area map includes braille labels and describing different parts of the memorial.
• A tactile American flag with the Pledge of Allegience in braille at the front desk.
• There is braille available on various exhibits throughout the visitor center.

Tactiles

Area Map

• A large bronze tactile area map of the memorial is located outside the restrooms and Memorial Classroom. 
• The map is approximately 5 feet by 5 feet and can be approached on all four sides.
• There are tactile labels and braille describing different parts of the memorial.

Visitor Center Floor Plan

• A tactile visitor center floor plan is located at the information desk.

Exhibits

Throughout the exhibits there are various tactile elements including:

• Models of the Twin Towers, the Pentagon, and the U.S. Capitol.
• Seating chart of Flight 93 including labels where the crew, passengers, and hijackers were seated.
• Model of the flight path and timeline of events.
• Model of the crash site.
