Preservation

The National Park Service (NPS) is dedicated to historic preservation. Coltsville has distinct preservation goals associated with sites listed in it's enabling legislation including:

• The Colt Armory Complex

• The Church of the Good Shepherd and Caldwell Colt Memorial Parish House

• Armsmear

• The Workers Housing

• The Potsdam Cottages

• and Colt Park . . .among others!

The NPS will continue to work with partners to preserve these historic structures.
