Coltsville Scholars Roundtable:
The National Park Service, in conjunction with the Organization of American Historians, will convene a scholars’ roundtable working meeting for Coltsville in late March. The National Park Service engages scholars as an important step in the development of new park units. Scholarship and discussion inform the NPS and helps to provide perspective on how the stories of a site fit within the larger context of American history. The structured discussion of the working meeting and the public papers that are submitted as a result of a roundtable inform documents that help to guide park focus and management. This is one step on a long journey of learning to tell the Coltsville story.(NPS Photo)
