Sign Language Interpreters Join Park Rangers for Special Tour CARLSBAD, New Mexico – American Sign Language interpreters will join park rangers in offering a tour of beautiful King's Palace at Carlsbad Caverns National Park on Sunday, Oct. 6, 2013 from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. English and Spanish interpreters will be available to park visitors during the tour. This is a unique opportunity for anyone who has a hearing loss and communicates by signing. General admission fee for the park is $10 for adults, ages 16 and older, and children 15 and younger are free. There is an additional $8 fee for the special King's Palace tour. Senior and Access pass holders receive a half-price discount for the King's Palace tour. Passes may be obtained at the ticket office inside the park. Reservations are required. Visitors should make arrangements online at www.reservation.gov or by phone at 1-877-444-6777 or 1-877-833-6777 (TDD). On the day of the tour, visitors must pick up their reserved tickets by 12:30 p.m. at the ticket counter inside the park's visitor center.
