Naval Support Facility Thurmont, MD Availability of the CERCLA Administrative Record Under the ComprehensiveEnvironmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), 42 U.S.C.§ 9601 et seq.1 Section 113(k), NAVFAC Washington invites public comment on the CERCLA Administrative Record for the environmental restoration site located at Catoctin Mountain Park in Thurmont, MD. The Administrative Record includes environmental investigations and remediation performed at Site 1 located at Catoctin Mountain Park. The Administrative Record is located at the following location during normal library business hours: Thurmont Regional Library 76 East Moser Road Thurmont, MD 21788 The Administrative Record will be available for a 30-day public comment period from Aug. 16, 2013 – Sept. 16, 2013.
