In 2014, we enlarged the ticket booth to add a third service window. The extra window helps reduce wait times for visitors, which will be especially appreciated during intense heat, rainy weather, or that occasional cool, blustery day. We also added interior and exterior security cameras as well as a fiber optic cable to connect the ticket booth with the headquarters building. This allowed us to reduce the amount of servers and associated equipment needed to manage our network. All of this may not sound exciting, but it is designed to protect our visitors and employees, reduce our operating costs, and enable us to be more efficient in our work.
