Brown v. Board of Education National Historic Site will celebrate the 65th anniversary of the US Supreme Court decision on May 17, 2019. The site has begun hosting different events to commemorate the decision to integrate our nation's public schools. The series of events were kicked off by the completion of the Brown v. Board Mural Project: Legacy and Vision, a youth led community art engagement effort. On Wednesday August 15, 2018, there was a public dedication of the mural.
