It's a Dark Sky Celebration! Join Big Cypress in celebrating our 10-year designation as an International Dark Sky Park!

The day begins at noon on Saturday, November 7th at the Nathaniel P. Reed Visitor Center. You can expect enthralling speakers, telescopes, astrophotography demonstrations, food trucks and at the end of the day, a Night Sky Program presented by a Big Cypress Ranger!

The celebration is a great way to explore the wonders of Big Cypress--Afterall, half the park is after dark!!
