Even as the leaves change, the traditions of the people who called these canyons home remain.
Join us on October 10th-11th for Bandelier's Fall Fiesta, as cultural demonstrators showcase traditional arts, crafts, dances, and more to visitors. Handmade items that are expected to be available for sale include pottery, jewelry, drums, carvings, and more.

Demonstrations, dances, ranger programs, a Navajo Rug show from Hubbell Trading Post, and other activities will be at the Visitor Center from 9 AM- 4 PM.

Come join us for a weekend of celebrating culture and learning!

Hubbell Trading Post Rug Show

Authentic Navajo weavings and Native American–made silver jewelry featuring turquoise and other gemstones at Bandelier National Monument!
On their first stop of the 2026–2027 season, October 10 and 11, 9 AM to 4 PM, Hubbell Trading Post National Historic Site brings handcrafted Navajo rugs and fine sterling silver jewelry to the monument.
Join Diné (Navajo) Trader Wallace James Jr. for rug talks at 10 AM & 2 PM and watch live weaving demonstrations by Diné weaver Tonita Yazzie throughout the day.
Free and open to all ages—come browse, learn, and connect.
