2 minutes, 57 seconds

Join students on a river trip to collect samples for the Dragonfly Mercury Project (DMP). At Dinosaur National Monument, park staff work with Friends of the Yampa. This local group works to protect and enhance the environmental and recreational integrity of the Yampa River and its tributaries. Together, they get kids outside and use parks as outdoor classrooms. DMP sampling provides meaningful data while teaching students to appreciate and care for these beautiful places.
