The South Rim is Open All Year

The South Entrance, north of Tusayan, AZ, and the East Entrance at Desert View are open all year - 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.

North Rim Trip Planning

North Rim roads and facilities, including the campground, lodging and retail are open for the season May 15 through October 15, 2024.

    Grand Canyon weather forecast has maps and graphics. Call 928-638-7496 for road status recording. The North Rim is open for the season.

Ride the Free South Rim Shuttle Buses

Park once, then let the buses transport you from Visitor Center parking lots to scenic overlooks, trailheads, and all village services.
