INVITATION TO PUBLIC MEEETINGS REGARDING FORT SAN GERÓNIMO

The National Park Service announces a series of public meetings to seek comments regarding Fort San Gerónimo. The National Park Service was directed by These public meetings , designed to share information with the community and interested parties regarding the status of the study and to seek input and comments regarding Fort San Gerónimo and other sites, are scheduled to take place on February 1st and 3rd. As a preamble, a tour of Fort San Gerónimo and the National Park Service preservation facilities will be offered. Individuals interested in these tours should meet at Castillo San Cristóbal at 3 pm on either of these dates. Transportation will be provided by the park Trams for participants who wish to take tour and participate in the public meeting session. Please call Ms. Leonor Pérez at 787-729-6777 if you wish to participate in the tour of San Gerónimo and/or the preservation facilities. Two sessions of the same public meeting will be held at different dates and locations as follows: Tuesday, February 1, 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm: Tour of Fort San Gerónimo and NPS Preservation Facilities 6:00 pm - 8 pm: Public Meeting, Castillo Thursday, February 3, 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm: Tour of Fort San Gerónimo and NPS Preservation Facilities 6:00pm - 8:00 pm: Luis A. Ferré Bldg, Samuel R. Quiñones Room, 5th Floor Paseo Covadonga, South side of the Capitol, Puerta de Tierra We look forward to your attendance at one of the two meetings.
