  • Detour to Rosie The Riveter Memorial

    The road connecting highway 580 to the Rosie the Riveter memorial is temporarily closed for construction of an underpass. In the meantime, refer to the "Directions" link under "Plan Your Visit" for detour information.

1. When will the Visitor Center open?

Celebrate the Grand Opening May 26th, 2012.

2. When will the museum open?

The park has been actively collecting stories and memorabilia from the World War II Home Front. Portions of this museum collection will someday be displayed in the visitor center in Richmond.

3. Does the park offer interpretive tours for large groups?

Tours are available for groups by appointment. Please call 510-232-5050 x0 to make arrangements for a tour. Tours cannot be offered on Sundays or Mondays.
