Open:

The Ninety Six NHS Visitor Center & restrooms are open year-round, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with the exception of three (3) days: New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. 

The grounds are open daylight to dusk.

The Visitor Center, restrooms and gates close promptly at 5:00 PM. The grounds and trails will remain open until dark.  For your convenience, parking is available outside the main gate.

Historic Log House:

The Log House is only open on special occasions & during Living History events.  

 

 

Available Facilities:

Begin your park visit at the Visitor Center. Here you will find information on Ninety Six National Historic Site. Rangers and Volunteers at the information desk will gladly help you with answers and assistance. The Visitor Center offers and exhibit gallery and a 20-minute live-action film, "Ninety Six: Crossroads of a Revolution." The film is shown on request. The Visitor Center also offers a bookstore operated by Eastern National.

Lt Col John Harris Cruger

Did You Know?
The Loyalist commander at Ninety Six in 1781 was Lt Col. John Harris Cruger. He was originally from New York City & had under his command 550 men & only one British officer the rest were American born. You can view the Star Fort where Colonel Cruger commanded at Ninety Six National Historic Site.
