12th Annual Missouri River Cleanup
The Annual Missouri River Cleanup has removed over 100 tons of trash and debris from the National Recreational River with the help of hundreds of volunteers. The National Park Service is looking for volunteers to once again help make the Missouri River clean and pristine. Meet at 8:00 am at the Riverside Park boat ramp picnic shelter for registration, coffee, and doughnuts. Boats from the NPS and other agencies will take volunteers to and from numerous work sites. At noon, volunteers can fortify themselves with bratwurst, chips, and drinks.
