Spring Photography Workshop- May 9
Whether you are a professional or just getting started, join the group for the practical application of photographic lessons. All camera formats are welcome- "point and shoot," digital SLR, film. Workshop hours are 10:00 to 2:00 CDT.
4th Annual Knap-In- June 20
Join flint knappers as they demonstrate their skill creating arrowheads, knives, and other tools. Event hours are 9:00-4:00 CDT
Hands on History Series- July 11& 18
Learn about pottery, quillwork, jewelry, and other topics. Come, join in, & be a part of hands on activities.
Kid's Camp- July 7, 14, 21, 28
Tuesdays in July, Children ages 6 to 12 can participate in special activities at the park. Each Tuesday focuses on a different theme. Join for one or all four weeks events. For safety reasons, participants of the 28th event must have attended at least one of the weeks prior. Please reserve your space in advance as space is limited.
Music for the Villages- July 25
Enjoy Native American music performed by traditional artists.
For the Birds- September 12
Join park rangers for this bird-focused event. The schedule is as follows:
