Check Your Time

Please remember that the Navajo Nation is on Mountain Daylight Savings Time between March and November. During this time, the Navajo Nation is one hour ahead of the rest of Arizona (if it's 8 am in Arizona, it's 9 am in the park).

Hubbell Trading Post NHS is a day-use area. Park gates are open for regular business hours and locked daily at closing.

Business Hours

The entrance gate and Trading Post are open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Mountain Daylight Savings Time). Incelment weather may cause delayed openings or closures. Ranger-led programs are generally available year round depending on staff availability. Ask Park Ranger for details.

NOTE: During severe weather, the park may have delayed openings or even closures for safety. Travel in hazardous weather is not recommended. Please check the forecasts for travel safety and warnings. We appreciate your understanding.
