Application Form for Commercial Use Authorizations (Out-of-Park services). Use this link when applying for a Commercial Use Authorization (CUA).The CUA is for commercial services that originate and terminate outside of the boundaries of the park area. Activities such as advertising, soliciting business, collecting fees, or selling any goods or services within the park boundaries are NOT allowed.

Did You Know?
Kilauea Volcano has erupted lava almost continuously from its east rift zone since 1983. These lava flows have added over 568 acres (230 hectares) of new land to the southern shore of Kilauea and covered 8.7 miles (14 km) of highway with lava as deep as 115 feet (35 m).
