Eco Pond Sound Gallery
Listen to a daytime chorus, a nighttime chorus, and a summer thunderstorm, all recorded at the Eco Pond acoustic monitoring site, which is located near the campground at Flamingo. The Eco Pond Trail is a popular bird watching area in the park.
Did You Know?
Around 15 federally threatened and endangered species reside within the boundaries of Everglades National Park. Sea turtles, crocodiles, and West Indian Manatees (pictured left) are but a few of these.
