From 1948 until 1949, Eleanor Roosevelt and her daughter Anna hosted a talk show on ABC radio. It often featured interviews with people who were working to make a difference in the world. In this interview, Eleanor Roosevelt and Mary McLeod Bethune, educator, civil rights activist and founder of the National Council of Negro Women, focused on the power of women to make an impact on civil rights.
