SEO Page Grading Rules

CommonSpot helps you to optimize your pages to achieve the best SEO results by applying rules to page content and/or metadata, returning a score based on those rules, and providing recommendations for improvement. Use this dialog to specify the rules for the Reporting Grouping, the weight for each rule (when determining a page’s overall grade), and rule properties. See Page Grading Rules Definitions for more information on creating rules.

Access this dialog by clicking Page Grading Rules from the Properties/Settings section of the SEO Administration Dashboard.

Click column heads to sort by rule definition, title, the content type the rule applies to, and active/inactive status.

Click Add Rule to create new criteria for grading page performance.

CommonSpot includes the Export to Excel option in multiple reports throughout the system so you can conveniently collect and distribute data for import into spreadsheets or other applications that accept comma-separated values. Click this option to display a table of all fields within the current report, then select the fields whose values you want to export and save in spreadsheet or CSV format. Selected fields automatically display as column heads in the CSV output. You also have the option to change column names on the fly to customize your reports.
