SEO Administration Menus

The left side of the SEO Administration Dashboard displays a set of menu items that are context sensitive to the selected Reporting Group.

Properties/Settings

Use these options to configure the following:

Reporting Group Properties – Opens the Add/Edit SEO Reporting Groups dialog which allows you to edit the various properties of the reporting group, including:

Name/Description

Rank Tracking Properties

Keyword Suggestions & Link Tracking Properties

SEO Rules

Warning Properties

Search Engines – Opens the Reporting Groups Search Engines dialog, which allows you to add, edit and remove the search engine API accounts for retrieving SERP results.

Competitors – Opens the SEO Competitors dialog, which allows you to add, edit, and delete competitors to track results for.

Page Grading Rules – Opens the SEO Page Grading Rules dialog, which allows you to specify SEO rules for the Reporting Group, an optional weight value for each rule, and rule properties.

Context-Sensitive Field Help – Opens the SEO Field Help dialog, which allows you to customize the context-sensitive Help that displays to contributors in the Standard Properties dialog.

Reports

Use these options to view and generate reports for:

Non-targeted/High Ranked Pages – Opens the Non-Targeted/High Ranked Pages report dialog, which shows those pages in the reporting group that ranked for a keyword, but were not targeted. You may consider targeting these pages.

Deficient Rule Results – Opens the Deficient Rule Results dialog, which shows those pages in the Reporting Group that have been targeted for a specific keyword, which have a deficient score.

Security

Security – Opens the SEO Reporting Group Security dialog, allowing you to set permissions for the current SEO Reporting Group.
