Expect Traffic Delays Along the East Hill of Rim Rock Drive On Wednesday, November 16 From the East Entrance to DS Road Turnoff On Wednesday, November 16th, striping of the center line will occur on the east hill of Rim Rock Drive in Colorado National Monument. The striping will take place between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Park visitors and Glade Park residents can expect 5-10 minute delays in the road striping work zone throughout the day. Bicyclists are reminded that they must obey all flagging stops in the work zone. The National Park Service is committed to minimizing impacts to visitors and community members. We ask for the public's understanding and patience while the road work is ongoing. Please note: Weather, logistics and mechanical failure sometimes may delay work on the project and/or change plans on short notice.
