For kids at City of Rocks National Reserve! Learn all about City of Rocks National Reserve by talking with a ranger at the Visitor Center. Park employees work hard to protect and preserve the natural and historical features of the park. _______________________________________________________________________________________ Activities: 
nps photo Climbing Experience Program The climbing experience program offers visitors an introduction to the experience of climbing outdoors in a supervised setting. Trained employees lead first-time climbers on fun easy routes to experience the Reserve's most popular recreation. Children must be 10 or older, and accompanied by a paying adult.

The summer day camp, for children 7 to 11 years old,will be held 8:30 a.m. to noon on June 19th and June 21st and 8:30 am to 12:30 p.m. on June 23rd. Lunch will be provided on the third day. Activities will focus on cultural and natural history. Space is limited and reservations are required. Fee: $5.00 |
