The Rio Grande Village Store offers groceries, souvenirs, camping supplies in addition to a laundromat and public showers.
 

Commercial services within Big Bend National Park are operated by a private company under contract with the National Park Service. This company provides ways for visitors to purchase a memento or a snack, as well as lodging and dining opportunities. Forever Resorts, Inc., the park's concession operator runs the Chisos Mountains Lodge, in addition to camper stores at Rio Grande Village, Castolon, Panther Junction and the Chisos Basin.

Postal Services
The U.S. Postal Service operates a full-service Post Office at the Panther Junction park headquarters. A mail drop is also available at the Chisos Basin and stamps are available at the Basin store.

Did You Know?
The largest of the tinajas found in Big Bend National park, Ernst Tinaja is about 13 - 15 feet deep. The floor is covered with small boulders. In the history of the park, it has only gone dry once, from March to June of 2000.
