Seven to eleven year olds are given a chance to work as a trader, trapper, craftsman, laborer or domestic in July. Pre-registration is required.
The Holiday Celebration is held the first weekend of December. Traditional holiday activites of the time period such as Yule log hunt, taffy pulls, kid's games, wagon rides take place during the day. Candle light tours are provided in the evenings by reservation only.

The Living History Encampment provided educators, hobbyists, authors, and history enthusiasts a chance to learn, practice and work as a trader, trapper, craftsman, domestic, or laborer three days and nights. The training has taken place every odd year in June.
