Operating Hours & Seasons

Women's Rights National Historical Park is open daily, year-round, with reduced programming during the winter months.

The park is closed for the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day.

COVID-19

The National Park Service (NPS) is working servicewide with federal, state, and local public health authorities to closely monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and using a phased approach to increase access on a park-by-park basis. When recreating, please follow health orders as described in the CDC's guidance to help people recreating in parks and open spaces prevent the spread of infectious diseases. We will continue to monitor all park functions to ensure that visitors adhere to CDC guidance for mitigating risks associated with the transmission of COVID-19 and take any additional steps necessary to protect public health. Please practice Leave No Trace principles, and avoid crowding and high-risk outdoor activities.

Based on guidance from the Department of the Interior, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and New York State and local public health authorities, access to the park is as follows:

Summer and Early Fall

May 23, 2021 to October 23, 2021

  • Park grounds are open Dawn to Dusk.
  • Check the Calendar for daily ranger programs in Declaration Park, and outside the Wesleyan Chapel, the Elizabeth Cady Stanton House, and the M'Clintock House.
  • The Visitor Center at 136 Fall Street is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10AM to 4PM.

Late Fall to Winter

October 24, 2021 to February 27, 2022

  • Park grounds are open Dawn to Dusk. Portable restrooms are available outside the Vistor Center.
  • Check the Calendar for daily ranger programs in Declaration Park, and outside the Wesleyan Chapel and the Elizabeth Cady Stanton House.
  • The Visitor Center at 136 Fall Street is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10AM to 4PM.
