Resources for Teachers

The Whitman Mission rangers work to make successful field trips to the site, but we also are working to create resources for teachers that can be used in your classroom to bring history, geography, cultural learning and more to your students. The resources below vary in scope and focus on different aspects of the history around Whitman Mission National Historic Site. We are always trying to develop more resources to assist teachers in teaching the sensitive and complex history surrounding this 19th century mission. If there are specific things that you are in need of for you classroom to help teach this history, please email us and we will do our best to aid your classroom.
