The Ancestral Sites Trail

The Ancestral Sites Trail takes visitors from the E.E. Fogelson Visitor Center, through the Pecos Pueblo site, and to the ruins of the 1717 Franciscan Mission Church. Waysides help visitors see how life at the Pecos Pueblo and Mission may have looked, while a trail guide gives deeper information on the numbered stops. The trail is 1.25 miles long, and has a 60 foot elevation change.
