This walking tour will allow you to experience the assault on Orchard Knob, the first engagement of the Battles for Chattanooga, that took place on November 23, 1863. Please be aware that you will need to walk to the top of Orchard Knob for the majority of this tour. The route is paved, but we encourage you to watch your footing.
