Discover, explore, and learn at Homeschool Days! Timpanogos Cave National Monument is inviting all 9–11-year-old homeschooled students to uncover the secrets of the underground!

Homeschool Day takes place on September 22 and 23 from 9 am- 3 pm. Activities will be the same both days, so choose the day that works best for you. You may only register your own children for Homeschool Day.

Become a Junior Cave Scientist! Explore stations that dive into the geology, ecosystems, and scientific research at Timpanogos Cave National Monument! Students will learn alongside other homeschooled kids and enjoy opportunities for hands-on learning around the park!

Frequently Asked Questions:

Will we go into the cave?

No. The cave will be closed at this time.

Can we hike the cave trail?

Yes! The trail will be open for hiking and there will be an independent activity to pair with it!

We joined last year! Will the activities be the same?

Yes, the activities will be the same this year.

Can I leave my child and pick them up after the event?

No. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult during the duration of the event.

Will Lunch be Provided?

No, lunch will not be provided. Please pack a lunch for you and your child.
