Programs at Whitman Mission NHS

NPS Photo
Whitman Mission National Historic Site hosts a variety of ranger-led programs, hikes and activities during the summer months. Whether it is helping a ranger set up a tipi, walking with the ranger on the mission grounds or taking in the sights with a ranger on the Memorial Hill, each ranger program provides a different glance of the history and culture at Whitman Mission.
This summer programs are scheduled Thursdays through Sundays at both 10:30 AM and 1:30 AM. Check the park social media or call the park to inquire about what programs are scheduled for the upcoming week.

Accessibility Information
Accessibility varies by program. Most programs occur on flat ground either grass or paved sidewalk. There are bumps in the sidewalk and the Hill is a steep grade to get to the top. Alert rangers to any accessibility concerns or questions before the program and we will work to make the program accessible for everyone.
