Mountain Biking is a popular recreational activity at Lake Meredith National Recreation Area. The Harbor Bay Trail offers experienced riders a challenge with switchbacks and steep sections. Once on top of the mesas, the biker can see beautiful views of Lake Meredith.

The South Turkey Creek Trail winds along the south side of the Canadian River Valley in the Harbor Bay area. This trail is a much easier ride for a more leisurely biking experience. 
Details
On this trail, the rider may see birds, amphibians, reptiles, and mammals. During the fall season, the Monarch Butterfly is a visitor to this area.
