Thing to Do
Find the Gravesites of Revolutionary War Soldiers

NPS Photo
Use this interactive map to discover the gravesites - and stories - of Revolutionary War soldiers interred at Gloria Dei Church National Historic Site. Paper maps are also available at the church door for on-site visitors. Maybe you will discover the story of Captain Abraham Parsons, an officer who was held by the British as a prisoner-of-war, or that of artist and soldier James Peale. Along the way, keep an eye out for the sailors, merchants, and ordinary citizens laid to rest in these historic grounds.
