Take time in exploring and learning about the vast natural diversity the park has to offer, the long and rich history that exists on the mountain, and what you would expect to see when visiting the park.

Activity

Junior Ranger Program

The booklet contains a wide range of activites and can be adjusted for accessibilty to all age groups. Activites within the booklet include: Word puzzles, historical/natural/cultural identification exercises, artistic crafts, matching games, hiking activites and scavenger hunts, all culminating in a Jr Ranger Certificate upon successful completion where particiapants may come to the Visitor Center to be sworn in as a Jr Ranger and receive a special badge.

If you are 6 years old or younger, complete at least 4 activities

If you are between 7 and 9 years old, complete at least 9 activities.

If you are between 10 to 12 years old, complete at least 12 activities.

If you are over 12 years old, complete all of the activities.

Pets Allowed

No

Pets are not allowed inside the visitor center.

Activity Fee

No

The Junior Ranger Program is free and all supplies are provided to participants.
