Welcome to Timpanogos Cave! With pitch black passages, limited food, and winding tunnels, its not a surprise that many animals live elsewhere. Those that choose to live in caves have many unique adaptations that support survival in this extreme ecosystem!

By examining real world examples, student will discover how cave wildlife survive in a cave environment. They will discuss their observations with a ranger to determine how the structures and functions of cave wildlife support survival in caves.
