"Crawfish Race Activity" is a 20-30 minute program on-site at the Prairie Acadian Cultural Center in Eunice, Louisiana. Students will learn about crawfish racing and its connection to south Louisiana culture. They'll make the tradition come to life with a game where they pretend to be the crawfish racing.

Why do people race crawfish? What does crawfish racing look like? Students will find out through this educational game.
