The U.S. Park Police leverage all of its resources to detect and prevent criminal behavior. The public's assistance can often provide beneficial information; therefore, we encourage the public to report suspected criminal activity. There are two methods that can be used to provide this information: submitting a tip online using the U.S. Park Police Submit a Tip Application or calling the CIB Tipline at (202) 610-8737. When submitting a tip, you can remain completely anonymous.
If you wish to submit a tip or are reporting something suspicious in a National Park Service location within Washington D.C, San Francisco, or New York City metropolitan areas, it will be forwarded to the appropriate member of the U.S. Park Police. The appropriate investigating unit may be in contact with you for additional information.
If you are searching for a National Park Service site outside of the above listed jurisdictional areas, please use the Find Your Park site.
The U.S. Park Police appreciates you taking the time to contact us. We are committed to deterring crime and keeping our National Parks safe for our visitors and members of the community.
