Arrest made in fatal Baltimore-Washington Parkway crash

Laurel, Maryland- The United States Park Police (USPP) arrested the driver involved in the fatal April 18 crash that occurred on the Baltimore-Washington Parkway south of Route 197. The two deceased victims of the crash were minors. Aaron Levert Croom, 24, of Piedmont, West Virginia, was charged with involuntary manslaughter and arrested on May 22.
