Highways in Harmony includes a series of historic brochures that were produced by the National Park Service's Historic American Buildings Survey/Historic American Engineering Record (HABS/HAER) from 1989-1997. The recording project includes an extensive collection of measured drawings, large-format photographs, and written history is available to the public through the HABS/HAER collection at the Library of Congress.
