National Law Enforcement Awards

The National Law Enforcement Awards celebrate dedication, integrity, and excellence across the National Park Service law enforcement community. Recipients demonstrate the National Park Service’s highest standards of professionalism and public service.

Award Name & Year

The Harry Yount Award was renamed and changed to focus specifically on law enforcement rangers in 2023. Starting in 2025, all National Park Service national awards were adjusted to reflect the year they were awarded instead of when the work was completed. There were not law enforcement award titled “2024” to make this adjustment.
