Planning, Environment and Public Comment (PEPC) is a web-based software platform that modernizes the NEPA process by bringing it to the Internet, promoting more timely and efficient environmental review, saving taxpayer dollars, and reducing resource consumption and environmental impact.
PEPC makes it easy for the public to comment on documents associated with NPS projects whether you are a park neighbor, an annual visitor or a distant admirer. The NPS also saves significant staff hours through its ability to quickly analyze and respond to public comments received electronically.
