Findings of Fact
The Review Committee may assist with findings related to the identity or cultural affiliation of Native American human remains and other cultural items, or their return. The Review Committee may facilitate the resolution of disputes among Indian tribes, Native Hawaiian Organizations, or lineal descendants and museums or Federal agencies relating to the return of human remains and cultural items.
