Wilderness:

Designates as wilderness certain land and inland water within the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore in the State of Michigan –P.L. 113-87.

Authorizes NPS to rebuild the Stehekin Road in North Cascades National Park, WA and to adjust the wilderness boundary –P.L. 113-291.

NPS lands issues:

Provides for certain improvements to the Denali National Park and Preserve in the State of Alaska –P.L. 113-33.

Directs the conveyance to the State of Mississippi of two parcels of surplus land within the boundary of Natchez Trace Parkway –P.L. 113-35.

Extends the authorization of appropriations for the Secretary to provide American Battlefield Protection Program grants through FY 2014 (included in the Consolidated Appropriations Act, FY 2014) –P.L. 113-76.

Extends the authorization of appropriations for the Secretary to provide American Battlefield Protection Program grants through FY 2021 (included in the Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act, FY 2015) –P.L. 113-235.

Cultural resource authorities:

Provides for the presentation of the Congressional gold medal to the Monuments Men in recognition of their role in the preservation and restitution of monuments, works or art, and artifacts of cultural importance during and following World War II –P.L. 113-116.

Fee authorities:

Provides for a one-year extension of the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act to December 8, 2015 (included in the Continuing Appropriations Act, 2014) –P.L. 113-46.

Provides for an extension of the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act to September 30, 2016 (included in the Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act, FY 2015) –P.L. 113-235.

Miscellaneous other authorities:

Requires increases in pension contributions for new federal employees;limits compensation for government contractors;and allows federal health plans to cover the employee and one other eligible family member (included in the Continuing Appropriations Act, 2014) –P.L. 113-67.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Army to enter into a contract with an appropriate entity to provide transportation concession services to visitors at Army National Military Cemeteries, including Arlington National Cemetery, but excludes the gift shop at Arlington unless subsequently authorized by Congress (included in the National Defense Authorization Act for FY 2014) –P.L. 113-66.

Provides for donor contribution acknowledgments to be displayed at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Visitor Center –P.L. 113-21.

Authorizes the Peace Corps Commemorative Foundation to establish a commemorative work in the District of Columbia and its environs –P.L. 113-78.

Extends the Dwight D. Eisenhower Memorial Commission to September 30, 2014 and suspends the authority to expend funds for the design and construction of a memorial in honor of Dwight D. Eisenhower (included in the Consolidated Appropriations Act, FY 2014) –P.L. 113-76.

Extends the authority for construction of the National Law Enforcement Museum for three years until November 9, 2016 –P.L. 113-102.
