Natural resource authorities:

Authorizes holders of grazing permits for lands in Lake Roosevelt NRA as of March 31, 1997 to renew the permits for the lifetime of the holder or 20 years, whichever is less (included in the FY 2002 Interior Appropriations Act) –P.L. 107-63.

Requires that the number of vessel entries allowed into Glacier Bay NP and Pres. Be the same in calendar year 2000 pending completion of an EIS(included in the FY 2002 Interior Appropriations Act) –P.L. 107-63.
