More than $47 million has been awarded to the State Historic Preservation Offices in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. More information about the funded projects is available in a press release. Historic property owners in eligible communities are encouraged to contact their state historic preservation office.

Where Must Eligible Historic Resources Be Located?

Historic properties and other resources must be included in the FEMA disaster declaration for at least one of the named storms. State, tribes, local governments, and private property owners can interact with the map below to verify their location within a declared disaster area.
