Solicitation for a Concessions Business Opportunity to provide Interpretive Passenger Seaplane Service within Dry Tortugas National Park

The National Park Service (NPS) issues a prospectus for the solicitation of offers for a 10-year concession contract to provide interpretive passenger seaplane service within Dry Tortugas National Park. The prospectus describes the business opportunity and includes the terms and conditions under which the NPS will award the concession contract.

Questions Due and Notification of Intent to Propose
Questions and Notification of Intent to Propose must be received by the NPS by the date and time listed on the Inside Front Cover of the prospectus. Directions on who to email this information are provided on the Inside Front Cover of the prospectus.

Submission of an electronic proposal
In order to be evaluated and considered for award of a Concession Contract, the Proposal, including that of the Existing Concessioner, must be submitted via the process explained in the Proposal Instructions of the prospectus by October 7, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time. Note that only the Offeror’s Transmittal Letter must be mailed. The remaining portion of the offer must be submitted electronically.
