Virtual Park Circuit

On August 22, 2016, the Find Your Park Exchange event series culminated in New York City, bringing the story of innovation from Thomas Edison National Historical Park in a small New Jersey town, to the iconic big city skyline!

National Park Service sites across the country joined the celebration using Facebook Live as they completed a "Virtual Park Circuit," exploring different concepts of innovation, one park at a time.

Visitors followed the Virtual Park Circuit on Facebook Live, using #NPS100. Every five minutes from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. EDT, a new national park unit offered a broadcast live from their site. The circuit began at the Park Exchange event in Brooklyn Bridge Park. Each park in turn tagged the next one in the series and the circuit was completed with a return to Brooklyn for the last live post.
