Update: Site Observation Update Week of Jan 6th

January 11, 2020 Posted by: Anna Mateljak
Work resumed from the holiday break with the stripping of the footing formwork and then delivery and the installation start of the foundation wall formwork. Foundation wall formwork construction involves snapping lines to delineate foundation wall elevations and installing reinforcing steel before the molds are built in preparation for the cement pour.

The excavation and regrading of the new interpretive plaza and picnic area started this week in preparation for future survey work, while surveying the sub layout boundaries and elevations for the lower parking lot area was completed.
