Jemez Mountains Research Learning Center

The Jemez Mountains Research Learning Center (JMRLC) promotes science, education, and public engagement within the “sky island” ecosystems of the Jemez Mountains in northern New Mexico. The JMRLC is part of a national effort to increase research and scientific literacy in national parks.

By working with a variety of partners, we hope to encourage informed decision-making, science literacy, and resource stewardship within the entire Jemez Mountains, including Bandelier National Monument, Valles Caldera National Preserve, and the Santa Fe National Forest.
